If you ask to be connected with a human expert, your Caller ID and relevant details are shared only with that specific business. All voice and video calls are recorded, with your consent, for quality and compliance.
6. Your Choices
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data, or opt out of future AI training use, by emailing privacy@consumerinformationnetwork.com or calling (410) 357-1232. You may also end any session at any time; if you do not wish to be recorded, inform the agent at the start of the conversation.
7. Data Security and Retention
We use encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and annual third-party security audits. Interaction data is retained indefinitely for AI-improvement and compliance purposes unless you request deletion.
8. Children’s Privacy
